Job summary

Abound Health PA, LLC seeks a Program Specialist in the Lehigh Valley, PA region. You will report to the Program Director and oversee IOHP/waiver services in unlicensed programs, including IHCS, with emphasis on documentation and staff supervision.

The role supports client goals, ISP implementation, and coordination of services, with travel across the assigned region. A high school diploma is required; human services coursework or degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of ISP implementation, task analysis, goal writing, and documentation practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and collaboratively.
• Meet applicable ODP training and qualification requirements for assigned unlicensed services.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete required background and health clearances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client services, documentation, and records to ensure ODP compliance.
• Supervise and support direct care staff, including evaluations, development, training, and scheduling.
• Participate in ISP meetings and support client goals implementation.
• Complete assessments, progress reports, and incident reports as required.
• Monitor service utilization, billing, staffing, and service authorizations.
• Ensure client training is completed and provide guidance to staff.
• Assist clients and families in accessing community resources.
