Job summary

Abound Health seeks a Program Specialist to join our Lehigh Valley team. You will report to the Program Director and provide oversight for individuals receiving Pennsylvania Waiver or Base Funded Services, including IHCS. You will supervise staff, support ISP implementation, and coordinate services to ensure quality delivery.

The role involves travel within the region, documentation, and collaboration with families to access community resources while maintaining compliance with ODP requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of ISP implementation, task analysis, goal writing and documentation practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and collaboratively.
• Meets ODP training and qualification requirements for unlicensed services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client services, documentation, and records to ensure compliance with ODP requirements.
• Supervise and support direct care staff, including performance evaluations, development, training, and scheduling.
• Participate in ISP meetings and support implementation of client goals, task analyses, and interventions.
• Complete assessments, progress reports, service documentation, and incident reports as required.
• Monitor service utilization, billing, staffing coverage, and service authorizations.
• Ensure client-specific training is completed and provide guidance to direct care staff.
• Support clients and families with accessing appropriate community resources and services.
