Job summary

Abound Health PA, LLC in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania is seeking a Program Specialist to join our team. You will report to the Program Director and oversee individuals receiving Pennsylvania Waiver or Base Funded Services in unlicensed programs, including IHCS.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with IDD preferred.
• Knowledge of ISP implementation, task analysis, and documentation.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete required background and health clearances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client services, documentation, and records for ODP compliance.
• Supervise and support direct care staff, including evaluations and scheduling.
• Participate in ISP meetings and support client goals and interventions.
• Complete assessments, progress reports, and incident reports.
• Monitor service utilization, billing, staffing, and authorizations.
• Ensure client-specific training and guide staff.
• Assist clients and families in accessing community resources.
