Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety/engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead program-level safety governance across concurrent construction contracts and develop enterprise safety procedures.
• Review site-specific safety plans, job hazard analyses, and activity hazard analyses against contract and regulatory requirements.
• Audit contractor safety performance in the field and observe high-hazard activities to confirm controls.
• Drive corrective action through to verified closure and prevent repeat findings.
• Oversee incident investigations and verify corrective actions were implemented and effective.
• Administer program safety requirements in contract documents, including submittals, training, and OSHA recordkeeping.
• Review high-hazard plans and permits before high-risk work proceeds.
• Coordinate safety planning across overlapping contractor operations and preconstruction meetings.
• Analyze leading and lagging safety indicators and report trends to leadership.
• Coordinate with regulators during inspections and investigations.
