Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. in Westborough, MA, is seeking a dedicated team member for the 3rd shift (overnight), Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, on our Inpatient Treatment Campus.

You will greet patients, provide customer service, monitor safety for patients and staff, and communicate trauma-sensitively to guide patients through the program. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and prior experience in customer service or security, plus familiarity with Windows

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in customer service, security, or with individuals with substance use disorders.
• Familiarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients, assisting with check-in and delivering courteous customer service.
• Monitoring patient and staff safety and communicating trauma-sensitive guidance to enter and exit the program safely.

The Program Safety Guide Is Responsible For

• Promoting and maintaining a safe pro-social environment for patients who come to the campus to be admitted.
• Greeting patients, customer service, monitoring patient and staff safety, communicating with patients in a trauma sensitive manner that guides patients in and out of the program safely.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience working in customer service, security, and/or with individuals with substance use disorders.
• Computer experience and familiarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word required
