Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. in Westborough, MA, is seeking a role on the 3rd shift (overnight) 11:00pm-7:30am to support a safe program environment on the inpatient campus.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, delivering customer service, and monitoring safety for patients and staff in a trauma-sensitive setting. Health, dental, vision, and other benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working in customer service, security, and/or with individuals with substance use disorders.
• Computer experience and familiarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word required

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

The Program Safety Guide is responsible for:

• Promoting and maintaining a safe pro-social environment for patients who come to the campus to be admitted.
• Greeting patients, customer service, monitoring patient and staff safety, communicating with patients in a trauma sensitive manner that guides patients in and out of the program safely.
