Job summary

Spectrum's Inpatient Treatment Campus in Westborough, MA is seeking a Full Time Admin - Clerical role for the 3rd shift, overnight schedule from 11:00pm to 7:30am, Tuesday through Saturday. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, prior customer service or security experience, and basic computer skills including Windows 2000, Outlook and Word. Join a safety-focused team dedicated to patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in customer service, security, or with individuals with substance use disorders.
• Computer experience and familiarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word required.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and maintaining a safe pro-social environment for patients who come to the campus to be admitted.
• Greeting patients, customer service, monitoring patient and staff safety, communicating with patients in a trauma sensitive manner that guides patients in and out of the program safely.
