Job summary

USP is seeking a Verification Programs Coordinator to support operational execution and administrative management within the PROpS Division. You will drive project coordination and data reporting, using tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and Jira to enhance program visibility and performance.

As an individual contributor, you will manage data, reports, and communications to support continuous improvement of the Verification Program and related initiatives across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant project management experience.
• Ability to work across teams in a matrixed environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced computer skills: MS Office, MS Teams, MS Project, SharePoint.
• Experience with CRM and analytics platforms (Tableau, Salesforce) preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate project activities with Verification staff and stakeholders.
• Track and report on marketing and business performance.
• Schedule meetings and produce supporting materials.
• Manage action items and records.
• Develop reports and presentations to drive operational excellence.
• Assist in revenue and invoice tracking.
• Capture customer call reports and updates in CRM.
• Support cross‑departmental and cross‑divisional initiatives.
• Identify issues requiring upper management input.
• Contribute to program projects and special initiatives.
