Job summary

Meta is seeking a Project Manager to support Verification Operations, driving end-to-end program management for verification workflows across platforms. You will partner with operations, engineering, policy, and trust and safety teams to design scalable processes that improve quality, throughput, and compliance.

The role emphasizes translating complex requirements into project plans, tracking milestones, and delivering cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of program/project management in operations, trust and safety, compliance, or related domains.
• 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects with operations, engineering, and policy stakeholders.
• Experience designing or optimizing operational workflows and process improvements.
• Experience defining and tracking operational metrics to guide decisions.
• Experience communicating status, risks, and trade-offs in writing to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for verification operations initiatives, including scoping, milestones, dependencies, and delivery oversight.
• Partner with operations, engineering, policy, and trust & safety stakeholders to define requirements and translate into actionable plans.
• Analyze verification process data to identify bottlenecks, gaps, and opportunities for automation.
• Design scalable operating procedures and decision frameworks for verification programs.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and maintain transparency on scope, timelines, risks, and trade-offs.
• Develop and maintain tracking mechanisms, status cadences, and escalation paths.
• Collaborate with data teams to define success metrics and report on program health.
• Support change management when new tools or workflows are introduced, including communications planning.
• Identify systemic risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Contribute to reusable playbooks and best practices for consistent project delivery.
