Job summary

Prodapt is seeking a Program Support Associate to help coordinate technical programs and administrative operations. You will track tasks across multiple teams, maintain documentation, and prepare management reports using ServiceNow and Jira.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates have experience supporting IT operations or software development teams, are willing to pursue PMP

Qualifications

• Candidates must be willing to obtain PMP certification within six months if required.
• Experience supporting IT operations, technical programs, or software development teams.
• Strong writing and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in bilingual or international environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Intermediate to high Korean-language communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain schedules, status trackers, and action item logs.
• Prepare updates, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of objectives.
• Provide administrative support to technical and leadership teams.
• Use ServiceNow and Jira to track requests and progress.
