Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for verification initiatives, including scoping, milestones, dependencies, and delivery.
• Partner with operations, engineering, policy, and trust & safety to turn requirements into actionable project plans.
• Analyze verification data to identify bottlenecks, gaps, and opportunities for optimization or automation.
• Design scalable processes, SOPs, and decision frameworks for verification programs.
• Align cross-functionally on system changes; inform stakeholders of scope, timelines, risks, and trade-offs.
• Develop and maintain project tracking, status cadences, and escalation paths to stay on schedule.
• Define success metrics with data teams and report on verification quality and outcomes.
