Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in call center management or similar.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• 2+ years leading projects or peers to goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with executives.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead verification specialists through performance management, coaching, and development.
• Track metrics, prepare weekly reports, and escalate critical issues to leadership.
• Analyze quality failures and conduct audits to meet SLAs.
• Identify trends and implement corrective action plans.
• Design training on quality protocols and workflows with senior teammates.
• Collaborate with leadership on initiatives and cross-functional deliverables.
