Job summary

The NYS Office for People With Developmental Disabilities is seeking a Program Operations Specialist 1 to join the BAOC within the Division of Statewide Services. The role supports assessment QA/QM, coordinates with stakeholders, and supervises workload while ensuring productivity standards.

Responsibilities include data analysis, system navigation for reviews, and training new assessors, with travel and evening/weekend hours as needed. Insurance and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (or RN) as required for roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise for development and implementation of assessment and QA/QM programs.
• Compile and analyze assessment and QM/QA data for timely reporting to leadership.
• Navigate multiple systems to complete priority reviews and field observations.
• Participate in Concerns Review Committee meetings to provide SME input.
