Qualifications

• At least one year of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities or other developmental disabilities.
• A bachelor’s degree in a human services field.
• A registered nurse or a human services professional with a bachelor’s degree and eligible in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise for the development and continued implementation of assessment and QM/QA programs.
• Compiling and analyzing assessment and QM/QA data for timely reporting to committee and leadership.
• Navigate multiple systems to complete priority reviews and Field Observations within established time frames.
• Participate in Concerns Review Committee meetings to provide SME input on documentation and clinical summaries.
• Provide oversight and complete tracking for all correspondence and concerns cases.
• Support QA/QM and state and vendor operations teams; assist with training of new assessors.
