Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field is required for POS 1/trainee roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 65% and work Mon-Fri as described in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise for assessment and QM/QM programs.
• Compile and analyze assessment and QM/QA data for timely reporting to committees and leadership.
• Coordinate with QA/QM team and statewide operations to support training and outreach.
• Assist with IT development and ongoing evaluation of systems and processes.
• Support contract vendor oversight and communicate with stakeholders as needed.
