Job summary

Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) seeks a Program Operations Specialist to support the FPS portfolio. You will partner with program leadership, technical staff, and support organizations to ensure efficient execution and alignment with sponsor requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating across program phases, developing SOPs, and maintaining schedules and deliverables while engaging with sponsors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years coordinating project operations.
• Ability to review technical information and provide summaries for briefings.
• Strong communication with management, military and government officials.
• Willing to travel occasionally and pursue TS clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PMs and PjMs to ensure seamless program operations and timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain SOPs to promote consistency and efficiency.
• Monitor compliance and coordinate operational activities across projects.
• Prepare information for reviews, sponsor engagements, and briefings.
• Support proposal development and-track milestones and deliverables.
