The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) in Laurel, MD seeks a Program Analyst / Program Operations Manager for its Cyber Operations Mission Area to manage day-to-day obligations and coordinate across engineers, scientists, and business professionals. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related or other relevant field.
• 4+ years of coordinating multiple business, operational, and administrative aspects of project execution.
• Strong communication both oral and written with demonstrated experience communicating with all levels of staff and sponsors.
• Proficient in MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Able to work full time onsite at JHU/APL or sponsor site.
• Hold an active TS/SCI security clearance, and are able to obtain TS/SCI+Poly.

Responsibilities

• Program and Project Operations: set priorities and resolve issues for task management from initiation to closure, develop SOPs for deadlines and sponsor requirements.
• Program and Project Administration: learn about the project, prepare information for reviews, plan and facilitate meetings and conferences, interface with sponsors to collect information and manage logistics.
• Logistics and Collaboration: coordinate with security, contracts, etc., to monitor deliverables and progress, prioritize and delegate tasks.
• Proposal Development: manage timeline and content for final submission, ensure overall quality.
• Program Finances: monitor financial status and detect deviations as needed.
• Technical Support, Analysis, and Reporting: understand technical work and convey its impact; support 30-day kickoff reviews and SOW development.
