Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory is seeking a Program Analyst / Program Operations Manager to support the Special Operations Mission Area (SOMA). You will help manage day-to-day obligations, coordinate with engineers, scientists, and business professionals, and ensure timely sponsor deliverables.

Role requires TS/SCI clearance (poly preferred) and is onsite at JHU/APL. You will develop SOPs, support meetings, and assist in SOW development and program reporting, collaborating

Qualifikationen

• . Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or other relevant field.
• .2+ years of relevant experience coordinating multiple business, operational, and administrative aspects of project execution.
• .Proficiency in analysis and evaluation of program milestones.
• .Ability to develop schedules and/or contractual deliverables including prioritization, tracking, and monitoring.
• .Strong communication skills with staff and sponsors.
• .Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• .Willingness to work full-time onsite at JHU/APL or sponsor site.
• .Hold an active TS/SCI security clearance and be able to obtain TS/SCI+Poly; U.S. citizenship.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day internal and external program obligations in SOMA’s Program Services Operations Group (QBE).
• Support a team of engineers, scientists, and business professionals delivering high-quality, timely products to sponsors.
• Develop SOPs to ensure deadlines and sponsor requirements are met; help plan and facilitate meetings and conferences.
• Coordinate with security, contracts, and other organizations to ensure successful execution and logistics.
• Assist in proposal development, budgeting, and tracking of deliverables; interface with sponsors.
