Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years’ supervisory experience.
• 2 years’ experience with persons who are homeless or in poverty.
• Experience in crisis intervention, behavior management, and conflict resolution.
• Respect for client confidentiality and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of program operations, staff, volunteers, and guests.
• Supervise shift monitors and program assistants; conduct regular supervision and training.
• Coordinate daily programming including laundry, showers, chores, and token distribution.
• Handle intakes and enter demographic data into ROSIE; monitor attendance and absences.
