Sources of Strength is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator in Lakewood, CO. The role coordinates training, materials, and communications, ensuring smooth delivery for new customer inquiries and implementations.

You will manage Airtable data, schedule trainings, and support reporting to internal teams and external audiences. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training with organizations via calls, emails, video, and calendar management.
• Maintain customer support, contract, and general information systems.
• Monitor and improve registration, curriculum orders, and related workflows.
• Send pre-training communications using Airtable templates and timelines.
• Maintain Airtable databases with accurate data including shipment tracking.
• Utilize Google Calendar, Airtable, Fellow, Slack, Zoom, and Google Office Suite.
• Serve as point of contact for new program inquiries and exploratory calls.
• Guide partners from initial contact through quote and contract with timely follow-up.
• Track inquiries and share trends with Program Operations Supervisor.
• Provide digital access to curriculum and analyze data for reports and recommendations.
• Develop regular reporting on contract deliverables and spend-down.
• Manage program materials inventory, forecast needs, and coordinate with warehouse partner.
• Track shipping information and resolve delays with staff and partners.
• Vet vendors and manage supplier relationships.
• Provide consistent, clear communication with internal and external partners.
• Support communications via newsletters, blogs, and social posts.
• Engage in special projects and other duties to support organizational objectives.
