As a business team we work at the intersection of product, marketing, and other supply and guest teams to design, test, and launch programs that drive meaningful value for both guests and hosts. We collaborate closely with product, marketing, data science, finance, and cross-functional teams globally to bring new ideas to life and scale what works.
The Difference You Will Make
- As a Programs and Business Operations Lead, you will work with the Senior Programs and Business Operations Lead to grow the success of our company. You are someone who thrives in ambiguous, early-stage environments and brings equal parts strategic thinking and operational rigor. You will support the levers that make programs successful, build the tools and frameworks that enable teams to move faster, and partner deeply with product and marketing to ensure programs are designed for both user value and business impact.
- You are a self-starter who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and helping turn new ideas into working programs. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, take initiative on the tasks in front of you, and are eager to learn what works in a new and evolving space. You pair that curiosity with strong analytical skills and clear communication, partnering with teammates across product, marketing, and operations. Your attention to detail, organization, and ability to juggle multiple priorities will help you succeed.
- You’re passionate about understanding the needs of the community and helping identify ways to support their success on the platform. You will build strong working relationships with partners across the team and contribute insights that help the community grow within the marketplace.
- This role requires deep experience in operations, supply, marketplace dynamics, and data analytics, as well as the capacity to work cross functionally to remove obstacles and execute initiatives.
