Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service-related field and two years of relevant experience.
• Strong writing, verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and proficient computer skills.
• Valid NYS driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report issues to POS2 Supervisor as appropriate.
• Compile and analyze assessment and QA/QM data for reporting to leadership.
• Oversee vendor deliverables, performance, and information needs.
• Develop data and reports to support assessment and QA/QM programs.
• Provide updates and in-person training to State Offices, vendors, and staff.
