Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Program Operations Analyst I to join as a full-time team member, operating in a hybrid role with three days in the office and two days remote per week.

The Analyst I will coordinate operational aspects of the Network Engineering PMO, perform reviews/approvals of project requests, and develop reports for leaders. Requires 1 year telecom experience and MS Office skills; degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience pertaining to the telecommunications industry desired.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in workflow management or other similar enterprise tools & processes desired.
• MS Office knowledge required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational aspects of the Network Engineering Program Management Office to support Engineering initiatives.
• Review and approve Engineering/Market Operations project requests within defined authority limits.
• Develop reports for leaders in Engineering and Market Operations.
• Provide operational and administrative support to Project Manager and Program Manager roles.
