Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified and experienced Program Operations Analyst I to join us in a full-time capacity. The role focuses on coordinating operational aspects of the Network Engineering Program Management Office and supporting Project Manager and Program Manager roles.

This hybrid position requires three days in the office and two remote days weekly. The ideal candidate will have at least one year in telecom, solid MS Office skills, and a degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the telecommunications industry desired.
• MS Office knowledge required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational aspects of the Network Engineering Program Management Office.
• Provide support to Project Manager and Program Manager roles.
• Review and approve project requests within defined authority; develop reports for leaders.
