Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified and experienced Program Operations Analyst I to join our Network Engineering PMO in a full-time capacity. The hybrid role requires three days in the office with two remote days per week.

The analyst will coordinate operational aspects, review requests, and develop reports for leaders within the PMO, while supporting project management and business processes. This role emphasizes internal-system knowledge, collaboration, and independence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecommunications or related field.
• Experience with workflow management or enterprise tools & processes is desirable.
• Must have strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational aspects of the Networks Engineering PMO to support key initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to Project Manager and Program Manager roles.
• Review and approve project requests within defined authority limits and prepare leadership reports.
