Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Program Operations Analyst I to join our Hybrid team in Lincoln. The role focuses on coordinating operational aspects of the Network Engineering PMO and providing admin support to Project and Program Managers.

You will review project requests, prioritize tasks, and build reports for leaders, while maintaining internal process standards. A background in telecom and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in the telecommunications industry.
• Minimum 1 year in workflow management or similar enterprise tools.
• MS Office knowledge is required.
• Associate or bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational aspects of the Network Engineering PMO in support of Engineering initiatives.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the Project Manager and Program Manager roles within the PMO.
• Review and approve Engineering and Market Operations project requests within defined authority limits; develop reports for leaders.
