Segra is seeking an experienced Program Operations Analyst I for a full-time hybrid role in Charlottesville, VA. The position supports the Network Engineering PMO with project coordination, reporting, and administrative duties. Candidates should have telecom workflow experience and strong MS Office skills.

The analyst will review project requests, prioritize issues, and prepare leadership reports while not handling external customer-facing duties. Segra values reliability and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in workflow management or similar enterprise tools and processes.
• MS Office knowledge required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational aspects of the Network Engineering Program Management Office.
• Review and approve project requests within defined authority limits.
• Develop reports for leaders in Engineering and Market Operations.
• Provide operational and administrative support to Project Manager and Program Manager roles.
