Job summary

Segra is seeking a Program Operations Analyst I to join our hybrid team in a full-time capacity in St. Louis, MO. The role supports the Network Engineering Program Management Office, coordinating operational tasks, reviewing project requests, and producing leadership reports.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year in telecom, experience with workflow tools, and strong MS Office skills. This role does not involve external client contracts or billing authority.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience pertaining to the telecommunications industry desired.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in workflow management or other similar enterprise tools & processes desired.
• MS Office knowledge required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational aspects of the Network Engineering Program Management Office in support of Engineering initiatives.
• Review and approve Engineering and Market Operations project requests within defined authority limits.
• Develop reports for leaders in Engineering and Market Operations.
