Segra is seeking a qualified Program Operations Analyst I to join our Plano, TX team in a full-time, hybrid role. You will coordinate operational aspects of the Network Engineering PMO and support the Project Manager and Program Manager.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in the telecommunications industry or workflow tools, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to develop reports for leadership. This role does not involve external client-facing duties.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the telecommunications industry desired.
• 1 year of experience in workflow management or similar enterprise tools and processes desired.
• MS Office knowledge required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational aspects of the Network Engineering PMO.
• Review and approve project requests within defined authority limits.
• Develop reports for leaders in Engineering and Market Operations.
