Job summary

Segra is seeking a Program Operations Analyst I to support the Network Engineering Program Management Office in a hybrid work arrangement. The role focuses on coordinating operational aspects, reviewing project requests, and developing reports for leaders across Engineering and Market Operations.

The position requires at least 1 year in telecommunications or workflow management, strong MS Office skills, and a degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of telecommunications industry experience.
• Minimum 1 year of workflow management or other enterprise tools & processes experience.
• MS Office knowledge required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational aspects of the Network Engineering Program Management Office.
• Review and approve Engineering and Market Operations project requests within defined authority limits.
• Develop reports for leaders in Engineering and Market Operations.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the Project Manager and Program Manager within the PMO.
