Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Program Operations Analyst I for a full-time role in Albuquerque. The position blends technical and business skills and supports the Network Engineering PMO with project coordination and reporting.

The role entails reviewing requests, prioritizing tasks, and developing leadership reports. A hybrid schedule requires three days in the office and two remote days each week, with a strong emphasis on communication and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in workflow management or similar enterprise tools/processes preferred.
• MS Office knowledge required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational aspects of the Network Engineering PMO to support key initiatives.
• Review and approve project requests within defined authority limits; prioritize and resolve issues.
• Develop reports for leaders in Engineering and Market Operations; assist Project/Program Managers.
