  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with PM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, meetings, and schedules.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and documents.
  • Maintain and update project files, databases, and tracking systems.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Monitor timelines and deadlines.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
