Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2–4 years of proven management skills.
• Knowledge of workforce development program operations and development.
• Strong business knowledge of customer service and performance management, with training/coaching experience.
• Top-level project management, organizational, problem solving, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office; valid driver's license with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a quality management model for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and lead project staff to meet performance goals and ensure accurate case file reviews.
• Use Work-In-Texas reports to analyze and support performance activities.
• Identify and address staff training needs and oversee staff development.
• Cultivate community partnerships and maintain partner relationships.
• Direct and supervise program staff, hire and coach, and conduct evaluations.
• Address customer complaints with fair, proactive service.
• Maintain a ZAG mindset and support multiple programs and duties as needed.
