Job summary

Career Team seeks a Performance Manager to analyze workforce activities, assess policy compliance, and drive quality improvements. This role reports to the Project Director and collaborates with leadership to enhance performance across programs.

Responsibilities include monitoring, reporting, and providing technical assistance to address non-compliance and performance gaps. A bachelor’s in IT/CS or related field is required, plus strong data analysis capabilities and knowledge of workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven data analysis, statistical analysis, and performance evaluation experience.
• Strong knowledge of workforce programs and regulations at multiple levels.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and software.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem solving.
• Clear communication, presentation, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses of workforce activities to assess program performance.
• Use sampling, auditing, and observation to evaluate compliance.
• Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives and monitor outcomes.
• Provide technical assistance for performance enhancement.
• Prepare reports and disseminate monitoring documents.
• Communicate findings to the Project Director, Deputy Director, and leadership.
• Review procedures, provide technical assistance, and recommend improvements.
• Update and maintain the document control system and Work In Texas.
• Create a monitoring system to ensure consistency in operations.
• Verify data and generate weekly performance reports for senior management.
