• Manage resources across a matrix organization.
• Interpret task order requirements and develop project plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for service delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for federal agency representatives.
• Ensure adherence to federal regulations and contractual requirements.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide detailed progress reports to stakeholders.
