Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Services, or related field, or equivalent with 2–4 years of management experience.
• Preferred knowledge of workforce development program operations and development.
• Strong business knowledge of customer service practices and performance management, with training/coaching experience.
• Top-level project management, organizational, personnel, problem solving, and data analysis skills with ability to interact at all levels.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office with commitment to quality.
• Valid Driver's License and adequate vehicle insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a quality management model for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Lead project staff to meet performance goals and ensure accurate eligibility reviews.
• Use Work-In-Texas reports to analyze and support performance activities.
• Identify and address staff training needs.
• Develop community partnerships and maintain partner relationships.
• Direct and supervise project staff, fill open positions, and provide coaching/evaluations.
• Address customer complaints with high-quality service and maintain Extreme Customer Service standards.
• Adopt a proactive, problem-solving approach to daily tasks and performance measures.
