The Institute of Constitutional Thought & Leadership is looking to hire a Program Coordinator. This role assists with planning and executing logistics for the Institute's K-12 educational initiatives, as well as providing support for the Institute's public-facing events. This position works collaboratively with faculty, staff and the administration across the Institute to plan and execute programming logistics, manage collaboration with K-12 teachers and administrators in the Midwest, generate and execute new initiatives for engaging with K-12 teachers and students, and manage the Institute’s public events.
This position acts as a liaison between constituent group members and members of the Institute, manages and executes programming, including event budgeting, conference space allocations, catering, accommodations, travel, technology and audiovisual needs, gathers content and disseminates meeting and event materials to constituent group members, prepares events spaces, assists with speaker and attendee space access, day of event running, and long-term planning concerning educational programming. This position interacts with student workers, academic administrators, faculty, K-12 teachers, high school students, prospective donors, as well as venue staff.
The successful candidate must be a proactive, cross-functional team player, creative thinker and independent problem-solver with strong organization and project management skills but also a warm sense of hospitality.
