Job Description: The Institute of Constitutional Thought & Leadership is lookingto hire a Program Coordinator. This role assists with planning andexecuting logistics for the Institute’s K-12 educationalinitiatives, as well as providing support for the Institute’spublic-facing events. This position works collaborativelywith faculty, staff and the administration across the Institute to planand execute programming logistics, manage collaboration with K-12 teachers and administrators in theMidwest, generate and execute new initiatives for engaging with K-12 teachers and students, andmanage the Institute’s public events. This position acts as a liaison between constituent group membersand members of the Institute, manages and executes programming, including event budgeting,conference space allocations, catering, accommodations, travel,technology and audiovisual needs, gathers content and disseminatesmeeting and event materials to constituent group members, preparesevents spaces, assists with speaker and attendee space access, dayof event running, and long-term planning concerning educationalprogramming. This position interacts with student workers, academicadministrators, faculty, K-12 teachers, high school students,prospective donors, as well as venue staff. The successful candidate must be a proactive, cross-functional teamplayer, creative thinker and independent problem-solver with strong organization and projectmanagement skills but also a warm sense of hospitality.
