The role emphasizes direct client support, data management, and collaboration with community partners to expand access to permanent housing and supportive services. Strong leadership and trauma-informed practice are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services or commensurate experience.
• At least one year of supervision experience.
• Experience with homeless services and housing programs.
• Ability to adapt and respond using a trauma-informed approach.
• Commitment to harm reduction and housing-first model.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to program Case Managers and interns.
• Oversee daily program operations and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Enter and review client data in program and agency databases.
• Support case managers in service provision, enrollment, and billing of FCS services.
• Coordinate with King County CEA for referrals and advocacy.
