Required Skills:

• Ability to work on-site in Fort Mill, SC 2-3 times per week in a hybrid model.
• Flexibility to support ongoing program needs, including special initiatives or backfill duties.
• Strong understanding of Agile practices and experience supporting or leading Agile teams.
