Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Program Manager for Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) at Commons at Grant in Columbus, OH. You will oversee daily operations, ensure HUD/CoC compliance, and lead a dedicated PSH team to promote housing stability and person-centered care.

The role emphasizes Housing First, Trauma-Informed Care, and Harm Reduction while collaborating with healthcare partners and community agencies. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Public Health, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in supportive housing, homeless services, behavioral health, case management, or related social services.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HUD regulations, HMIS, Housing First, and supportive housing best practices preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, crisis intervention, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise PSH staff through coaching, performance management, and professional development.
• Oversee daily program operations and ensure compliance with HUD, CoC, and organizational standards.
• Monitor program performance, documentation, occupancy, and housing stability outcomes.
• Partner with Property Management to support lease compliance, resident engagement, eviction prevention, and successful tenancy.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers, behavioral health partners, and community agencies.
• Promote Housing First, Trauma-Informed Care, and Harm Reduction best practices.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Social Work/Human Services/Psychology/Public Health or related field

Master's degree preferred

3–5 years in supportive housing/homeless services
