Job summary

Project HOME seeks a Program Manager to oversee a Supportive Housing program, ensuring resident stability, wellness, and self-determination. You will supervise staff, coordinate services, and align operations with our mission in a hybrid, full-time role at House of Grace, Philadelphia.

The position requires an MSW or related degree (or equivalent experience), 2+ years of supervision, and the ability to support residents facing homelessness and behavioral health challenges.

Qualifications

• Requires MSW or equivalent degree, or BS/WBA with 2 years' relevant experience, or 6 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience with strong team management skills; flexibility for evening, weekend, and on-call duties.
• Experience supporting individuals experiencing homelessness and/or behavioral health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake, orientation, and discharge processes with Central Intake and Property Management.
• Assess residents' needs, goals, barriers, and progress across recovery, health, education, employment, parenting, and community integration.
• Manage resident emergencies, including 302 petitions, and oversee medication room operations where applicable.
• Lead staff supervision and training plans; foster DEI-focused, recovery-oriented programming.
