Encompass Community Supports, a Virginia-based nonprofit, seeks a Permanent Supportive Housing – Program Supervisor to lead the PSH program and coordinate with DBHDS for grant requirements. The role supervises staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and manages admissions and budgets in a dynamic service environment.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human services and 2+ years of relevant experience, with supervisory skills and QMHP credentials preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services or related field and at least 2 years of experience working with people diagnosed with mental illness.
• Prefer supervisory experience and QMHP certification; experience in supportive housing and case management.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and guides program staff; counsels and trains employees; develops professional development activities.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and coordinates operations with other programs; advocates for client needs.
• Sets service goals, analyzes outcomes, reports trends, and advises on program quality and budgets.
• Oversees admissions, discharges, waitlists, screenings, and caseload levels.
• Manages budgets, expenditures, billing, and payer authorizations; coordinates funding sources.
• Prepares grant reports and applications; maintains program fidelity and conducts audits.
• Serves on committees; provides community outreach and education; responds to inquiries.
