Job summary

Amazon Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce is seeking a Program/Project Manager to optimize operations for customer returns and ReCommerce. You will work with product, program, data and software teams to improve processes, dashboards, and metrics, driving efficiency and cost reductions.

You will help define SOPs, enable scalable operations, and communicate outcomes to senior leadership. This role is based in Dallas, TX, with a focus on cross-functional delivery and end-to-end program ownership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL skills.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage established programs across operations to improve customer returns and ReCommerce processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and success metrics.
• Collaborate with product, program, data, and software teams to support operations.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
• Define standard operating procedures to ensure quality and scalability.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate results to stakeholders.
