Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program/Project Manager for the XL ReLo Ops Excellence team within the Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce group in Dallas. You will scope, design, and implement operational capabilities, processes, and SOPs to support new business needs while reducing costs and driving performance improvements.

You will collaborate with PMO, product, tech, and operations to deliver scalable solutions and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own evaluation tools suite based enhancements for the AMXL business line.
• Partner with ReLo Operations, Product, business teams and Ops support to launch programmatic initiatives that improve recovery while reducing concessions.
• Identify upstream defects and collaborate with PMO, product, tech and Ops for sustainable solutions.
• Create mechanisms for continuous improvement for AMXL operations and raising the bar of excellence.
• Develop dashboards and track key success metrics.
