Job summary

Amazon in Nashville is seeking a senior program manager to lead execution of the XL ReLo Ops Excellence initiatives within the Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce organization. Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Responsibilities

• Own evaluation tools suite based enhancements specific to the AMXL business line.
• Partner with ReLo Operations, Product, business teams and Ops support teams to launch new programmatic initiatives that improve recovery while reducing concessions.
• Identify Upstream Defects and partner with respective teams across PMO, product, tech & Ops for sustainable solution mechanisms.
• Create mechanisms for continuous improvement for AMXL operations and raising the bar of excellence.
• Develop dashboards and track success metrics.
