e.l.f. Beauty is hiring a Project Manager, Visual Merchandising in New York. You will oversee merchandising workflows from strategy through execution and drive the creative build for events across our brand portfolio.

The role requires 5+ years in Creative Operations and project management, excellent communication, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Excel. A BA or BFA is preferred; the position offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two at home.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Creative Operations and project management.
• B.A. or B.F.A. preferred and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Excel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee visual merchandising workflows from strategy through execution.
• Drive creative build and execution for brand events across portfolios.
• Coordinate with brand marketing, ecommerce, art directors and designers.
• Establish timelines, lead times and review processes with cross-functional teams.
• Improve workflows to reduce complexity and increase efficiency.
• Manage large-scale collaborations and global initiatives.
