e.l.f. Beauty is hiring a Project Manager, Visual Merchandising to oversee workflows from strategy through execution across our brand portfolio.

You will lead the creative build and execution for events, coordinating with cross-functional partners and the creative team to deliver on business objectives. You will manage end-to-end processes, improve efficiencies, and ensure on-time delivery while working in a hybrid 3 days in-office, 2 days at home environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Creative Operations and project management experience.
• BA or BFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current workload and establish new processes with timelines.
• Set schedule cadence for seasonal resets and key initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Drive execution of promotional programs from concept to release with approvals.
• Improve workflows to reduce complexity and improve communication.
• Manage large collaborations and global initiatives.
