Job summary

Mee Derby & Company is seeking a hands-on Program Manager to build and lead a new MSP program in the Phoenix metro area. You’ll design processes, establish vendor partnerships, and drive successful education-sector staffing initiatives in a hybrid, executive-facing role.

Expect a high-visibility position with strong collaboration across legal and leadership teams, responsible for VMS configuration, supplier management, contracts, and measurable program performance.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in MSP, VMS, contingent workforce, or staffing program operations.
• Hands-on experience implementing or configuring VMS technology.
• Experience with supplier management, contracts, and program launches.
• Strong project management skills and a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.
• Experience in education, healthcare, or public-sector staffing is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; CCWP or PMP certification preferred.
