You are a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our Marketing team. This role sits at the core of our Office of the CMO and is instrumental in driving the cohesion, focus, and operational effectiveness of the broader marketing organization. You'll lead cross-functional programs and rhythms, support key internal initiatives, and enable our leaders to make informed decisions by delivering timely insights and frameworks.

This position pays: $70.00 to $73.00 per hour

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead Marketing Rituals: Coordinate weekly and monthly reporting, planning sessions, OKR reviews, and leadership updates.
• Drive Engaging Programs: Oversee initiatives like the Marketing Deep Dives, Early in Career program, and Marketing Values Awards.
• Enhance Processes: Partner with strategy, operations, and other PgMs to implement or refine scalable organizational processes.
• Maintain Confluence Spaces: Keep team knowledge hubs organized with agendas, recaps, and upcoming learning events.
• Adapt Quickly: Respond to shifting executive priorities and urgent requests with poise and autonomy.
• Foster Cross-Functional Relationships: Collaborate with teams across Finance, People, Executive Comms, and Business Operations to align plans and drive execution.
  
  

What You Bring

• Experience: 5–7 years in program management, marketing operations, strategic planning, or a similar field.
• Executive Support Expertise: Proven experience working with C-level executives, including managing high-priority meetings and communications.
• Program Leadership: Strong track record of independently launching and managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Communication & Energy: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft executive-level messaging.
• Adaptability: Skilled at navigating ambiguity, prioritizing under pressure, and making decisions quickly.
• Team Orientation: Enthusiastic about cross-functional collaboration and fostering a culture of partnership and impact.
• Tech Proficiency: Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
• Bonus Points: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, change management, and experience in distributed or creative/engineering/marketing teams.
